Terms of Service
Commission ProcessI will only work on the commission once I have all the details of the commission (ie nail size, design, etc). I will send a sample set based on the requirements and then start the making of the nails. Keep in mind that changes are based on the Tier that was commissioned. Once the nail sets are done, the tracking number will only be provided after payment has been made.PaymentPayments are made through Paypal only. I will send an invoice before I ship the nails. I do not keep/share personal information about my clients.Cancellation & RefundsClients can cancel the commission before the commission starts (I ask for confirmation before proceeding). Once the making of the nails have started, refunds would not be provided. If I am unable to finish the commission, I will be providing a full refund.If the client does not reply within 4 days, the commission will be cancelled.Please be specific about the commission and send as many references as you'd like. It can be from Pinterest and Google. AI will not be accepted.
