Commission ProcessOnce the form has been submitted and accepted, I will contact you to discuss the details. I will only work on the commission once I have all the details of the commission (ie nail size, design, etc). I will send a draft/sketch on what to add on the nails for approval (unlimited changes) and then start the making of the nails. Keep in mind that you have only one revision once I start making the nails. Once the nail sets are done, I will ship it out within 4 days.PaymentPayments are made through Paypal only. I will send an invoice before I ship the nails. I do not keep/share personal information about my clients.Cancellation & RefundsClients can cancel the commission during the drafting/sketching phase. Once the making of the nails have started, refunds would not be provided. If I am unable to finish the commission, I will be providing a full refund.Please be specific about the commission and send as many references as you'd like. It can be from Pinterest and Google. AI will not be accepted.
